Terms of use and advertising terms

• Every listing must show the asking price in pesos, a description and the vehicle's condition.
• Photos must show the vehicle being sold. Do not use stock images or another seller's photos.
• Misleading content is not allowed, including false mileage, hidden damage, flood or accident history you know about, or a price you will not honour.

• You may list only a vehicle you own or are authorised to sell.
• You must provide the vehicle's OR/CR to Throttle or to a buyer on request, before payment.
• Vehicles with an outstanding loan may be listed only if you disclose it in the description and can settle or transfer it lawfully.

• Stolen vehicles, vehicles with tampered engine or chassis numbers, and vehicles you cannot legally transfer.
• Listings that ask buyers to pay outside a lawful sale, such as reservation fees to unverified accounts.
• Duplicate listings for the same vehicle.

Throttle reviews listings before they go live and may reject, edit for formatting, or remove a listing that breaks these terms. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly break them. You can report a listing from its page.

Throttle does not hold or transfer purchase money. Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly. Never pay before you have inspected the vehicle and checked its OR/CR.
